“Justice Max Kelch resigns from Nebraska Supreme Court”: Lori Pilger of The Lincoln Journal Star has this report.

According to the article, “Kelch, 60, has been on the state’s highest court for just less than two years. He provided no reason for his resignation in a Tuesday letter informing Gov. Pete Ricketts of his decision.”
