Ninth Circuit posts tomorrow’s opinions online today: You can view tomorrow’s published opinions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit via this link. Thanks to a longtime reader of this blog for the tip. If you are on the losing end of one of these three cases, perhaps this will give you a few extra hours in which to perfect your rehearing petition.

Update: And just that fast, thanks perhaps to the power of “How Appealing,” they are now gone. If you missed it, you can see a list of the published opinions that the Ninth Circuit apparently will be issuing on Thursday, February 2, 2017 by clicking here. I downloaded all three of tomorrow’s opinions, as I’m sure countless of others also did before the opinions disappeared, but I’m not going to post them online now given that the Ninth Circuit has removed them from its site.
