In Tuesday’s edition of The Washington Post, Robert Barnes will have an article headlined “Supreme Court upholds jail strip searches, including for minor offenses.”

In Tuesday’s edition of The Los Angeles Times, David G. Savage will have an article headlined “Supreme Court upholds strip-searches for jail inmates; In a 5-4 ruling, justices say it’s more important to screen out weapons and drugs than to preserve the privacy of those arrested.”

In Tuesday’s edition of The Wall Street Journal, Jess Bravin will have an article headlined “Jail Strip-Searches Allowed.”

Programming note: My son is on spring break this week, meaning it’s time for a couple more college visits. Today we will be in New York City visiting my undergraduate alma mater.
