Bloomberg News reports that “N.J. Bridge-Conspiracy Figure Urges Judges to Keep Name Mum.”

And The Associated Press reports that “Judges hear arguments over fate of bridge conspirators list.”

When the audio of this afternoon’s oral argument before a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit becomes available online, I will link to it.

Access today’s rulings in argued cases of the U.S. Supreme Court: The Court today issued rulings in two argued cases.

1. Justice Elena Kagan delivered the opinion of the Court in Ross v. Blake, No. 15-339. Justice Clarence Thomas issued an opinion concurring in part and concurring in the judgment. And Justice Stephen G. Breyer issued an opinion concurring in part. You can access the oral argument via this link.

2. And Justice Sonia Sotomayor delivered the opinion for a unanimous Court in Simmons v. Himmelreich, No. 15-109. You can access the oral argument via this link.

Access today’s Order List of the U.S. Supreme Court: At this link. The Court granted review in two new cases and noted jurisdiction in a third case. And the Court called for the views of the Solicitor General in one case.
