Access online today’s rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court in argued cases: The Court today issued two rulings in argued cases.

1. Justice Anthony M. Kennedy delivered the opinion of the Court in Texas Dept. of Housing and Community Affairs v. Inclusive Communities Project, Inc., No. 13-1371. Justice Clarence Thomas issued a dissenting opinion. And Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. issued a dissenting opinion, in which Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. and Justices Antonin Scalia and Thomas joined. You can access the oral argument via this link.

2. And Chief Justice Roberts delivered the opinion of the Court in King v. Burwell, No. 14-114. Justice Scalia issued a dissenting opinion, in which Justices Thomas and Alito joined. You can access the oral argument via this link.
