Fourth Circuit reinstates, in part, lawsuit challenging constitutionality of Virginia law regulating nudist camps for teens: You can access today’s ruling of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit at this link.

In earlier press coverage, United Press International reported that “ACLU sues to allow teenage nudists.” The Associated Press reported that “Punslinging governor amends teenage nudist camp bill.” And the ACLU of Virginia previously issued press releases (in Microsoft Word format) entitled “ACLU Challenges Virginia Ban on Teen Nudist Camps” and “Appeals Court to Hear Arguments Tomorrow in Challenge to Law Banning Teen Nudist Camps; Argument is over standing to pursue litigation, not merits of the law.”
