Supreme Court rules insurance company must defend homeowner sued after woman overdoses”: The Newark Star-Ledger has a news update that begins, “The state Supreme Court today ruled an insurance company must defend a homeowner in a case in which a party guest overdosed on illegal drugs and alcohol.”
