How Appealing

“The Judge as Umpire: Ten Principles.” On March 30, 2015, D.C. Circuit Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh delivered that year’s Pope John XXIII Lecture at the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.

The video of Judge Kavanaugh’s lecture has been available online on YouTube via this link since April 2015, although fewer than 500 people have viewed it as of moments before I published this post. The text of the lecture is now receiving wider distribution (even apart from the foregoing link on “How Appealing”), as it appears in the Spring 2016 issue of The Catholic University Law Review.
