"Republicans plan to oust McAuliffe's choice for Virginia Supreme Court": Jim Nolan of The Richmond Times-Dispatch has a news update that begins, "Republican leaders in the GOP-controlled Virginia General Assembly announced that they would not certify Gov. Terry McAuliffe's choice to fill a vacancy on the Supreme Court of Virginia and will instead certify another judge in her place."
