Cristian Farias of The Huffington Post reports that “Conservative Group Raises Cash To Help GOP Senators Block Supreme Court Nominees; The Heritage Foundation has a policy arsenal ready to go in the event Hillary Clinton wins the presidency.”

“Accusations flow from Georgia, Florida as water war trial begins”: Dan Chapman — reporting from Portland, Maine — has this front page article in today’s edition of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The Associated Press reports that “Court in Maine trying water rights case from Deep South; Florida says Georgia is siphoning away more than its fair share of water, imperiling Florida’s supply and raising salinity in Apalachicola Bay.”
