“Arizona pension ruling could be costly for cities, state government”: Howard Fischer of The Arizona Daily Star has an article that begins, “A 2011 state law requiring employees to pay more into their retirement plans is unconstitutional, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled today, potentially blowing a big hole in the budgets of state and local governments.”

You can access today’s ruling of the Supreme Court of Arizona at this link. Because four of the court’s five justices recused themselves from the decision, four judges from lower courts who were selected to replace the recused justices participated in today’s ruling.
