Jess Bravin of The Wall Street Journal reports that “Supreme Court to Review Lexmark’s Power to Prevent Resale of Toner Cartridges; In separate case, court to review whether hospitals with religious affiliations must comply with federal law protecting employee pensions.”

David G. Savage of The Los Angeles Times has a blog post titled “Supreme Court to hear case about Southern California police shooting.”

And at the “Constitution Daily” blog of the National Constitution Center, Lyle Denniston has a post titled “Supreme Court to rule on police shooting.”

Earlier, Azeen Ghorayshi of BuzzFeed News reported that “University Will Sue Its Own Student Newspaper For Reporting On Sexual Assault Case; The University of Kentucky will take its student paper to court to avoid releasing documents detailing scientist James Harwood’s alleged sexual assault against two students.”

And Marjorie Kirk, the student newspaper’s editor-in-chief, had an essay in The Northern Kentucky Tribune titled “Balancing ethics, minimizing harm, seeking truth related to sexual assaults on campus.”
