Access online today’s Order List of the U.S. Supreme Court: At this link. The Court today granted review in three new cases.

In early news coverage, The Associated Press reports that “Court to review politically charged license plates“; “High court to hear Louisiana death row appeal“; and “Supreme Court takes up Cisco patent dispute.”

Greg Stohr of Bloomberg News reports that “Confederate Flag License Plate Case Gets U.S. High Court Review” and “Patent Suit Defense Gets U.S. High Court Review in Cisco Case.”

And Lawrence Hurley of Reuters reports that “U.S. justices to hear Confederate license plate free speech case” and “U.S. Supreme Court agrees to hear Cisco patent infringement case.”

And at “SCOTUSblog,” Lyle Denniston has a post titled “Court to rule on license plate messages, two other cases.”

“Cybercrime and the Fourth Amendment: Panelists talked about cyber information and the fourth amendment.” C-SPAN has posted online the video of yesterday’s panel discussion at this Georgetown Law event (second panel).

Participating in the discussion were Seventh Circuit Judge Richard A. Posner, Ninth Circuit Judge M. Margaret McKeown, Deputy Solicitor General Michael R. Dreeben, and law professors David Cole and Orin Kerr.
