The Seattle Post-Intelligencer is reporting: The newspaper today contains an article headlined “Election case poses many potential conflicts of interest for justices” that begins, “Almost all Washington Supreme Court justices have financial, political, social or other ties to the candidates or other participants in the legal challenge to the 2004 gubernatorial election, a Seattle Post-Intelligencer review has found.”
