Despite improvements, conservative legal activists are pushing for more intellectual diversity at the nation’s top law schools.” In Friday’s edition of USA Today, Richard Wolf will have an article that begins, “The chief justice of the Supreme Court and the two senior justices, all Republicans, graduated from Harvard Law School. But on Friday, it will hold a conference to address an age-old topic: Are law school faculties too liberal?”
