Access today’s rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court in argued cases: The Court today issued rulings in two argued cases.

1. Justice Sonia Sotomayor delivered the opinion of the Court in McLane Co. v. EEOC, No. 15-1248. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg issued an opinion concurring in part and dissenting in part. You can access the oral argument via this link.

2. And Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. delivered the opinion for a unanimous Court in Dean v. United States, No. 15-9260. You can access the oral argument via this link.

Today’s Executive Business Meeting of the Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. eastern time: During that meeting, the Committee is expected to vote along party lines to recommend the confirmation of Neil M. Gorsuch to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States to the full U.S. Senate.

C-SPAN2 will provide live coverage beginning at 9:55 a.m., and you should be able to view the proceedings online via this link. In addition, the Senate Judiciary Committee’s web site will provide live coverage via this link.
