Access today’s rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court in argued cases: The Court today issued rulings in two argued cases.

1. Justice Neil M. Gorsuch delivered the opinion of the Court in Epic Systems Corp. v. Lewis, No. 16-285. Justice Clarence Thomas issued a concurring opinion. And Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg issued a dissenting opinion, in which Justices Stephen G. Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan joined. You can access the oral argument via this link.

2. And Justice Gorsuch also delivered the opinion of the Court in Upper Skagit Tribe v. Lundgren, No. 17-387. Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. issued a concurring opinion, in which Justice Anthony M. Kennedy joined. And Justice Thomas issued a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. joined.
