1. Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. delivered the opinion of the Court in Janus v. State, County, and Municipal Employees, No. 16-1466. Justice Sonia Sotomayor issued a dissenting opinion. And Justice Elena Kagan issued a dissenting opinion, in which Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen G. Breyer, and Sotomayor joined. You can access the oral argument via this link.
