Grynbaum has an article that begins, “Even the toughest Supreme Court confirmation battles never quite came to this: a grim-faced nominee, stoic wife at his side, going on national television and describing when, approximately, he lost his virginity.”

Robert Barnes of The Washington Post has an article headlined “‘I’ve never sexually assaulted anyone’: Brett Kavanaugh offers deeply personal defense in Fox News interview.”

And at Politico Magazine, Jeff Greenfield has an essay titled “Kavanaugh Just Played ‘Checkers’ on Fox; By going on TV, he turned to a tactic that politicians have used since Nixon — and made the Supreme Court appear more political than ever.”
