Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh is also in a music video: One week ago today, I had this post linking to a music video honoring Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg that appeared on the preceding night’s episode of Saturday Night Live.

It turns out that the newest Justice to join the U.S. Supreme Court also appears in a music video. The video is “Love It If We Made It” by The 1975. Caution: The song contains lyrics that are NSFW (including the second word of the song), and the video bears a warning that it “may potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Viewer discretion is advised.” Justice Kavanaugh appears at this point in the video.

Update: And you can access here on YouTube what’s said to be the first live performance of the song for an audience.
