In today’s edition of The Arizona Daily Star, Howard Fischer has an article headlined “Court limits search of computers; ‘Reasonable suspicion’ needed before Border Patrol can look at files.”

And Joe Mullin of Ars Technica reports that “Appeals court raises standard for laptop searches at US border; Still, a sex offender with encrypted files was suspicious enough to search.”
