Access online today’s ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court in an argued case: Justice Anthony M. Kennedy delivered the opinion of the Court in Zivotofsky v. Kerry, No. 13-628. Justice Stephen G. Breyer issued a concurring opinion, Justice Clarence Thomas issued an opinion concurring in the judgment in part and dissenting in part. Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. issued a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Samuel A. Alito joined. And Justice Antonin Scalia issued a dissenting opinion, in which Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Alito joined.
