How Appealing

Wednesday, July 10, 2013

Programming note: As noted in this earlier post, I will be presenting an appellate oral argument on Friday before a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Seattle. Thanks so much to all of this blog's readers who responded to my earlier request for Seattle-related suggestions.

While I am on the road, new posts will appear here less frequently. In addition to continuing to visit this blog for those less frequent new posts while I am traveling, readers are also encouraged to visit "SCOTUSblog"; "The Volokh Conspiracy"; Michelle Olsen's "AppellateDaily" Twitter feed; "The BLT: The Blog of Legal Times"; and the "Trial Insider" blog, which despite its name offers timely coverage of the Ninth Circuit.
