How Appealing

The latest from Joan Biskupic of CNN: On Saturday, I received the following email from Joan Biskupic:

I’m back from my year as a visiting law professor at the University of California, Irvine. I decided to accept an offer from CNN as a full-time legal analyst, rather than return to my job at Reuters. I’ll be branching out beyond SCOTUS and I hope our paths continue to cross — at least for another 15 years!

(PS: Just in case you didn’t know, my new book subject is the chief. That year at UCI was fabulous for research time, but the book is still at least a year off.)

In a follow-up email, Biskupic explained that she is “continuing to work on my biography of Chief Justice John Roberts, tentatively scheduled to be published at the end of 2018.”

That is all wonderful news! I am especially looking forward to reading her biography of Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr.
