“Conn. high court expected to release Skakel ruling”: The Associated Press has a report that begins, “The Connecticut Supreme Court is planning to release its ruling on Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel’s appeal of his murder conviction in the 1975 slaying of his 15-year-old neighbor.”

The ruling is scheduled to issue at 11:30 a.m. eastern time today.
