“Massive tobacco suit gets revived”: Yesterday’s edition of The St. Louis Post-Dispatch contained an article that begins, “A lawsuit that led to a $10.1 billion Madison County Circuit Court verdict against tobacco giant Philip Morris — once thought dead after the Illinois Supreme Court overturned it — has been revived by a lower appeals court.”

And The Associated Press reports that “Ill. appeals court revives cigarette lawsuit.”
