The Associated Press has a report headlined “Judge: US can keep secrets on targeted killings.”

And at Wired.com’s “Threat Level” blog, David Kravets has a post titled “‘Alice in Wonderland’ Ruling Lets Feds Keep Mum on Targeted-Killing Legal Rationale.”

“Court: Feds can keep drone legal opinions secret.” Josh Gerstein of Politico.com has this blog post reporting on a ruling that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York issued today.

Update: Name of court that issued the ruling has been corrected, and the link to the ruling has been replaced with a link to the updated ruling.
