“Alaska Supreme Court upholds state rejection of anti-abortion initiative”: Today’s edition of The Anchorage Daily News contains an article that begins, “The Alaska Supreme Court Friday unanimously upheld a lower court decision that a voter initiative banning all abortions could not appear on the Alaska ballot because it was unconstitutional.”

The Superior Court is one of Pennsylvania’s two intermediate appellate courts and is also one of the busiest appellate courts in the nation.
