In today’s mail: I received a copy of the book “Unprecedented: The Constitutional Challenge to Obamacare,” by law professor Josh Blackman. The book’s official publication date is September 10, 2013, but it is available for purchase now.

And I also received a copy of the book “The Great Dissent: How Oliver Wendell Holmes Changed His Mind — and Changed the History of Free Speech in America,” by law professor Thomas Healy. In this most recent issue of Sunday Book Review section of The New York Times, law professor Alan M. Dershowitz had this review of the book.
