“San Jose v. MLB: Delay name of game in battle over A’s move.” In today’s edition of The San Jose Mercury News, Howard Mintz has an article that begins, “San Jose’s antitrust case against Major League Baseball over the long-stalled plan to move the Oakland A’s to the South Bay is now headed to a federal appeals court — but delay on a final outcome will continue to be the name of the game.”

And Henry K. Lee of The San Francisco Chronicle reports that “Judge allows San Jose A’s lawsuit appeal to proceed.”
