Brian Lyman of The Montgomery Advertiser has a news update headlined “Federal judge Mark Fuller accepts pre-trial diversion; No jail time expected after judge’s Aug. 10 arrest.”

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has a news update headlined “Judge accused of Atlanta hotel assault on wife regrets ‘incident’” that begins, “A federal judge from Alabama said he regrets that details of last month’s domestic dispute with his wife will not come out in court, but he agreed to enroll in programs that address domestic violence and substance abuse because that will mean an Atlanta misdemeanor charge will be dismissed.”

And The Associated Press reports that “Judge accused of hitting wife enters court program.”
