“Senate Courts panel nominates Ken Cuccinelli for state Supreme Court”: Jim Nolan and Graham Moomaw of The Richmond Times-Dispatch have a news update that begins, “Republicans on the Senate Courts of Justice Committee on Tuesday used their majority to nominate former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli to succeed Justice Jane Marum Roush on the Virginia Supreme Court.”

And The Washington Post reports that “Virginia Senate panel proposes Cuccinelli for state Supreme Court.”
