Programming note: My all-too-brief visit to lovely southern California will be coming to an end on Saturday morning (local time) as I begin my journey back east. This evening, I will be making my first-ever visit to Angel Stadium to see the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim host the Chicago White Sox. [Update: Final score — Angels 7, White Sox 0. Both the game and my visit to Angel Statium were great fun.]
Additional posts will appear here on Saturday night. As always while I am traveling, “How Appealing” readers are invited to follow this blog’s Twitter feed, where appellate-related retweets are likely to appear more frequently. I am reliably advised that this blog’s Twitter feed is only a few followers shy of 6,000, so you could help me reach that milestone if you act soon.
