Access online today’s Order List of the U.S. Supreme Court: At this link. The Court today did not grant review in any new cases, but the Court did call for the views of the Solicitor General’s office in one case.

In Tatum v. Arizona, No. 15-8850, Justice Sonia Sotomayor concurred in the decision to issue a GVR, while Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. issued a dissent, in which Justice Clarence Thomas joined.
