“Appeals Court Rejects Request to Immediately Restore Travel Ban”: Mark Landler of The New York Times has this report.

You can view last night’s order of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit denying “an immediate administrative stay pending full consideration of the emergency motion for a stay pending appeal” at this link.

According to the order, the emergency motion is due to be fully briefed by 3 p.m. pacific time tomorrow. The Ninth Circuit has created this web page to provide free access to the key filings in the appeal.
