David G. Savage of The Los Angeles Times reports that “Supreme Court may be about to legalize sports betting in states that want it.”

Brent Kendall of The Wall Street Journal reports that “Supreme Court Justices Question Ban on Sports Betting; At issue is whether 1992 law violates principles of states’ rights.”

Josh Gerstein of Politico.com reports that “Justices could strike down federal law limiting sports betting; After arguments, Gov. Chris Christie expressed confidence that New Jersey’s drive for legalization would prevail.”
