“D.C. Circuit Review — Reviewed: Boo-Hoo, Daniel Epps!” Aaron Nielson has this post at the “Notice & Comment” blog of the Yale Journal on Regulation. Given how difficult it is to cover either the U.S. Supreme Court or the D.C. Circuit, it’s a good thing that no one individual is attempting to cover, at least to some degree, all things appellate — and for 16+ years no less.

Ninth Circuit judge calls for a vote to rehear en banc that court’s order appointing a special prosecutor to defend the district court’s denial of Joseph M. Arpaio’s request for vacatur of his criminal contempt conviction: You can access today’s order of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which requests briefing on whether en banc review is merited, at this link.
