Access today’s Order List of the U.S. Supreme Court: At this link. The Court granted review in one new case and dismissed a direct appeal for want of jurisdiction.

And in Gee v. Planned Parenthood of Gulf Coast, Inc., No. 17-1492, Justice Clarence Thomas issued a dissent, in which Justices Samuel A. Alito, Jr. and Neil M. Gorsuch joined, from the denial of certiorari.
