Samuel Chamberlain of Fox News reports that “Judicial panel dismisses misconduct complaints against Brett Kavanaugh.”

Lydia Wheeler and Brett Samuels of The Hill report that “Ethics complaints against Kavanaugh dismissed because they don’t apply to Supreme Court justices.”

And Zoe Tillman of BuzzFeed News reports that “All 83 Of The Ethics Complaints Against Justice Brett Kavanaugh Were Dismissed Because He’s On The Supreme Court Now; A panel of judges concluded that Kavanaugh is no longer covered by the judiciary’s disciplinary system now that he’s a Supreme Court justice.”

“Review of misconduct allegations against Kavanaugh nears its end”: Joan Biskupic of CNN had this report last night.

And this afternoon, the Judicial Council of the U.S Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit issued this order dismissing the misconduct complaints. Redacted copies of the misconduct complaints can be accessed via this link.

Also this afternoon, Tenth Circuit Chief Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich issued this order denying a request that he recuse himself from these matters.
