Supreme Court to take up Western Psych shooting lawsuit”: Paula Reed Ward of The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has an article that begins, “The state Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to hear the case of a woman seriously injured in the 2012 shooting rampage at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic who filed suit against a physicians’ group for failing to follow through on having the suspect committed.”
