Michael Ruiz and Bill Mears of Fox News report that “Federal appeals court strikes down Trump administration policy on keeping undocumented immigrants from being counted in the census.” The headline is in error, as a three-judge U.S. District Court issued the ruling (although two of the three judges were federal appellate judges).

Rebecca Rainey and Matthew Choi of Politico report that “Federal judges block Trump census order on undocumented immigrants; The challenge by the ACLU argued that the change could cause some states to lose seats in Congress if undocumented immigrants weren’t included in apportionment counts.”
