Access today’s Order List of the U.S. Supreme Court: At this link. The Court, without Justice Amy Coney Barrett participating, did not grant review in any new cases but did call for the views of the Solicitor General’s office in one case.

The Court, without Justice Barrett participating, issued a per curiam opinion in Mckesson v. Doe, No. 19–1108. Justice Clarence Thomas dissented without opinion.

The Court, without Justice Barrett participating, issued a per curiam opinion in Taylor v. Riojas, No. 19-1261. Justice Alito issued an opinion concurring in the judgment. And Justice Thomas dissented without opinion.

And in National Football League v. Ninth Inning, Inc., No. 19-1098, Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh issued a statement respecting the denial of certiorari.
