And Joe Harris of Courthouse News Service reports that “Eighth Circuit Refuses to Reinstate Missouri Abortion Ban; The appeals court upheld an injunction against a law banning abortions based on a fetal diagnosis of Down syndrome and after eight weeks of pregnancy.”
