“Misconduct complaint against Judge Emmet G. Sullivan is formally dismissed”: Ann E. Marimow of The Washington Post has a report that begins, “The chief judge of the federal appeals court in Washington on Tuesday dismissed a misconduct complaint against U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan seeking his removal from a local commission that recommends judicial nominees to the president.”
