United Airlines seeks rehearing en banc of divided three-judge Fifth Circuit panel’s ruling in Covid-19 vaccine mandate case: I have uploaded at this link a copy of the petition for rehearing en banc, filed today in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

The first argument section of the petition concludes, “In sum, the majority’s ‘ongoing coercion’ theory is contrary to all precedent, devoid of any limiting principle, and harmful to the employees it purports to protect. The en banc Court should put a stop to this madness.”
