Eric Dietrich of Montana Free Press reports that “UM law professor, Montana Constitution expert nominated to 9th Circuit; Anthony Johnstone forwarded for federal appeals judgeship by President Joe Biden.”

And Madison Alder of Bloomberg Law reports that “Montana Law Professor Is Biden’s Pick for Ninth Circuit Seat.”

Today, the White House issued a news release titled “President Biden Names Twenty-Sixth Round of Judicial Nominees.”
