Abbie VanSickle of The New York Times has an article headlined “In Secret Recordings, Alito Endorses Nation of ‘Godliness’; Roberts Talks of Pluralism; The two justices were surreptitiously recorded at a Supreme Court gala last week by a woman posing as a Catholic conservative.”

Kaelan Deese of Washington Examiner reports that “Alito and Roberts secretly recorded in latest attempt to undermine Supreme Court.”

And in commentary, in Tuesday’s edition of The Wall Street Journal, columnist James Taranto will have an op-ed titled “Justice Alito Stands Falsely Accused of Candor; Rolling Stone tries to make a scandal out of surreptitiously taped anodyne remarks.”
