Programming note: On Thursday morning, I will be arguing an appeal before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania sitting in Philadelphia.

Then, late tomorrow afternoon, I will be a co-presenter for a continuing legal education session of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in Hershey, Pennsylvania focusing on the case that I argued before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in March 2025.

As a result, additional posts will not appear here until Thursday night.
