“School employees accused of sex with students on Germany trip can’t be tried in N.J., high court says”: NJ.com has a report that begins, “Two former employees at a Bergen County high school accused of having sex with teenage students during a school trip to Germany cannot be prosecuted in New Jersey, the state Supreme Court ruled today.”

Pa. Supreme Court denies review of $10M Motrin SJS/TEN personal injury verdict: The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today issued this order denying the defendant’s petition for allowance of appeal in a case in which I serve as the plaintiffs’ appellate counsel. You can access at this link the answer in opposition to the petition for allowance of appeal that I filed on my clients’ behalf last November.

My most recent earlier coverage of this case, which I briefed and argued on plaintiffs’ behalf in opposition to the defendant’s appeal to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania (resulting in this decision affirming the judgment), can be accessed here and here.
