“U.S. court rejects Motorola Mobility price-fixing appeal”: Jonathan Stempel of Reuters has an article that begins, “A federal appeals court on Wednesday rejected Motorola Mobility LLC’s attempt to hold several Asian suppliers liable under U.S. antitrust law for fixing prices of mobile phone displays sold to its foreign units.”

Circuit Judge Richard A. Posner wrote today’s ruling of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit on behalf of a unanimous three-judge panel.
